LES Ingredients

- Mint leaves

- 1 lime

- Powdered sugar (brown sugar preferred)

- 1.5cl Versinthe Classique

- 1.5cl White rum

- 8cl Sparkling Water

RECETTE
Versinthe Mojito - Absinthe, rum and mint cocktail

- Place the mint leaves, brown sugar and lime in the bottom of the glass

- Crush with a pestle

- Add the Versinthe Classique and the Rum. You can add 2/3cl of Versinthe Classique (without the rum)

- Add the sparkling water

- Add the ice 

- Decorate with a beautiful mint leaf
