Like a pastis, serve the P'tit Bleu at the bottom of the glass.

Serve a dash of iced mint syrup to bring out the minty freshness of the P'tit Bleu.

Then add sparkling water.

Add ice cubes (always at the end to avoid the pastis crystallising).

Dip in a beautiful mint leaf.
